Ms. Reneilwe Obuseng (Vice Board Chair)
Ms. Obuseng brings a youthful vibe to the YOHO board and, at age 25, holds the position of Dealer Executive with BeMobile. She has strong marketing and communication skills and advises on strategies to approach the private sector for funding, an area of increasing importance as YOHO searches to expand their programming and project initiatives.

Dr. Maude Dikobe
Dr. Dikobe is a lecturer at the University of Botswana. Her experience as a presenter and also in journal publication makes her a worthy advisor to the Monitoring and Evaluation Department at YOHO. By working to publish current M&E tools, developed by YOHO, Dr. Dikobe is helping to ensure that other stakeholders are unable to duplicate YOHO’s material without consent, thereby, giving ownership to the organization for their efforts.

Mrs. Ofhilwe Lejuta
Mrs. Lejuta is the Chairperson of the YOHO affiliate advisory board in Lobatse. She is enthusiastic and interested in current youth matters, making her a valuable member of the YOHO board. With a background in Human Resources, Mrs. Lujuta has helped to review the organizational policies and has strengthened capacity in the area of staffing development. She is currently the Senior Brewery Manager with KBL and chairs the Union-Management negotiation committee.
Ms. Monica Somolokae
Ms. Somolekae currently heads the Management of Information Systems Section at the Office of the Auditor General as Principle Systems Analyst and has over twelve years experience in the field of ICT. She holds a degree in Computer Studies and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems. Monica has extensive experience working with children and was heavily involved in community work during her reign as Miss. Botswana. She brings with her enthusiasm and a world of knowledge in ICT, an area that has previously been lacking at YOHO. In particular, Monica has offered assistance in the development of an IT Policy, website and general support for computer hard and software.
Mr. Mbako Mbo
Mr. Mbo specializes in Financial Management and works as the head of the Department of Corporate Treasury at the Botswana Power Corporation. He brings with him a wide range of skills including analysis, leadership, teamwork and presentation skills. Mbo’s knowledge of finance and accounting has helped YOHO through their project close out, related to the New Partners Initiative Grant awarded in 2007, and with various other audits of the organization and their financials.
